Supposedly, 2004 was the year of the blog and 2005 was the year of the podcast. 2006 will be the year of mobile video, according to the author. The iPod made video cool and mobile for the masses. Well, just as the average Joe has video on the go, Neil Squillante believes that law firms and other small businesses need to take advantage of this new video revolution. Anyone can create and distribute engaging videos with decent production values at almost no cost.

There are now a total of five state appellate courts utilizing RSS feeds to share information about opinions and news. In April 2002, West Virginia became the first, and Oklahoma is the most recent, and most prodigious, with a total of five feeds. Link to the story for the complete breakdown.
