However, a few of them will be "from" in institution that we bank or invest with. Often times, the graphics look very credible. Some people make colossal mistakes by giving out their information. It was bound to happen sooner or later. A lawyer (patent attorney John Ogilvie) has actually offered his services on eBay. In May, Ogilvie listed his "Trademark Application -- Legal Services" offer on the auction site, with the promise: "Registration guaranteed or your money back." Is this a crazy idea or his he going to become rich from this marketing ploy. Next could we be bidding for accountants, psychologists or even heart surgeons?
